ade urgent juga ka.....unless kalo radiograf evidence boleh hilang jika lambat xray....bullet jadi cair he..he...yg pasti sebelum ko shot pasti mata ko print dalam otak rupa ngerinya......pastu basuh kaki banyak2 la sebelum tidur he..he..

forensic xray.....kes mati mengejut pun kena ka...
penah tengok national geografy MSCT mummia firaun ka!!..canggih buat dekat kawasan dijumpa!

Kpd yg specialise forensic uba binche kes diatas ni..kawe wonder..!
1.) Request forensic kes utk kes polis @ eksperiment
2.) Kalo kes polis kenapa nak ikut family @ eksperiment dah tentu family x setuju kot
3. Radiologist @ phatologist area..no doubt reporting is radiologist!
so kes spt semacam ni mati mengejut..urgent forensic xray...kes spt apa?..mengapa?...urgent?..study base avidence?

forensic x-ray mainly bergantung kepada undang2 kepolisan! tetapi msh dibawah budi bicara pakar2 (forensic, pathologi, radiologi). undang2 menetapkan sblm release corpse mesti telah ada C.O.D! C.O.D yang telah disahkan oleh M/O @ pakar forensic. bg kes2 jenayah -setiap evidence yg hendak diperolehi perlu dilakukan segera supaya bukti2 trsbt terpelihara! w/bgmnpun jika bukti2 trsbt msh boleh diperolehi/terpelihara walaupun lewat dilakukan (after consultation with forensic/pathologist), so x-ray tidak perlu dilakukan secara urgent,(depend on the request after consultation with the specialist).... tak semestinya semua kes forensic adalah urgent! ada jgk kes yg post-mortem nye dilakukan pd esok hari @ tgu kehadiran pakar forensic!

setiap unit/dept ada polisi msg2! yg penting setiap request perlu ada rasionalnyer! klu mlm2 buta request x-ray corpse semata2 krn kluarge pt nak bwk blk.... lbh baik discuss/consult ngan radiologist! mgkn x-ray tidak perlu! x-ray are not the only n primary tools in assist the C.O.D! especially in medical cases! then if it were 'sudden death' cases, it is still investigate under police protocol! if they manage to pursue hospital in releasing the body, they still have to refer to police for the authorization to bring back the body!

since JXR ni keje dibwh radiologist, lbh baik consult dulu ngan radiologist regarding the request! atleast ada backup if any complaint occur later!
decision making penting sblm sesuatu kerja! penuhkan ilmu d dada n share it for those in needs!

aku penah buat x-ray bid cam ni.... burn kes.... radiologis nak buat bone age sbb takde dokumen pd body tu...

forensik pun mntak jugak sebab x-ray memang penting dalam kes2 medicolegal macam ni...

ye ke?.... hentam je lah...

Lots of other parts/exam'ns can determine bone age.
Direct autopsy is da easiest.
Even in radiology standard procedure u have to use Greulich & Pyle method to determine bone age.
I doubt we as radiographer can secure and nicely manage to get an image of hand from that kinda corpe.

So in other word,useless!
