i orang malaysia, mak melayu, adik beradik cakap melayu, sedara mara pun cakap melayu jugak. pesakit orang kampung semua cakap melayu. i berdoa pun cakap dalam bahasa melayu..tapi, i found that learning english is easier than bahasa melayu. in fact, i prefer to read english material tthan bahasa melayu. but, it does not mean i do not read utusan melayu, metro, kosmo and etc. i read, woman's weekly, female, cleo, times and so on every month but it does not mean i did not read wanita, mingguan wanita, nona and in fact ujang. this is because i feel that english is very important because it is an international and academic languange. and bahasa melayu, adalah bahasa ku..bahasa nenek moyang dan bahasa perantaraan di tanah melayu / lingua franca pada satu masa dahulu..dan aku bangga duduk kat malaysia ni..cuma ke dua2 nya sama penting...

maksudnya bahasa pengantar...bahasa perantaraan..at that time, the merchants and those from india, parsi and etc were able to speak in bahasa melayu.

im not a pro..

but i luv english so much..

n its easier than bhsa malaysia..

i never scored A in bahasa..

but alhamdullillah my english always one of the best in school..

i love to learn other languages...especially english..
in fact..i've learned 4 languages since i was in form 1 until now...and i'm soooooo excited if someone try to communicate in different language..
easiest way to learn english is through english songs..it works for everybody...no exceptional...try it..
i want to share my experience...
i'm a student at Thames Valley University..
when first i came here..it was difficult to undertand their ascent...
i tried to speak to them...but they hardly can get my point because...mostly...malaysians are taught using american english..my pronounciation is so different with britain...then...slowly...i learn how to speak in their ascent...it's not perfect...but better than before..dont be shy to speak in english...we'll learn from mistakes...
if u really try hard...u can break the barriers...

Me too.I learn Japan language when i was 16 years old.Then, i learn speak Chinese at this year but i can say my English so good and not so bad.I like to advise to all people here if you want speak English,please speak like English people or west style.If you want speak Malaysian language,please speak like Malaysia people.If you want speak japanese,please speak like Japan people.Do not use mix language.I can speak Japanese,Chinese,English,Malaysian,little korean and also little Indian language.When i want speak language,i will speak like who the owner that language i want speak.Can you?
