For your information plain x -rays are widely order throught in Malaysia and has become a norm in America to order CT scan as if they are popping panadols even for the simplest injury. So why some radiographer so afraid to take x rays on a child, fearing of the radioactive exposure?.Don't interfere with our job in helping patients. You guys are only trained in radiographing but we are trained in medicine similar to a Medical officer.

aku rase amo ni leh ckp n ade sdikit kuase kt m'sia ni je...cube pk balik mane ade negara lain yg amo...ni sume british punye pasal la.mase dorg memerintah dulu berlaku kekurangan doktor,so dilatihnya org2 tambahan sbg pembantu kpd doc....so bila british dah cabut balik negara dorg tggla pmbantu2 doc ni....so bila doc kt m'sia dah terbiasa ade pembantu2 doc mase keje maka kerajaan buatla statement dlm bluebook yg mmberi sdikit kuasa kpd mereka,tp xsangka wujud manusia se cabul brianteh..klu dimansuhkn jwtan ni alamat bnykla pembantu2 doc ni jd doc sndiri...
kt oversea kite tgk mane ade post amo.semua kerja2 membantu doc adlah sn nurse.yg bezakanya adalah llaki atau ppuan...

TP U ALL TANYE KAT SELURUH DUNIA ADE KE POST RADIGRAPHER.......DNGAN HEBAT NYA MEREKA AKAN BERKATA...YES....EVEN THE RADIOGRAPHER EXIST EARLY THAN amo IN MALAYSIA...radiographer di m'sia klu u all tanye juru x-ray otai2 pernah ddk dalam kump A susunan perkhidmatan awam,manakala sn nurse dll termasuk amo adalah dalam kumpln B.betapa hebatnya juru x-ray satu tika dulu,tp itu dulu, kini juru x-ray semakin terhimpit atas slah satu sebabnya ialah amo nilah.sbg contoh...amo sibuk nk handle II machine dalam OT sedangkn dorang xde lesen u kndalikan...bila mesyuarat dgn kementrian dorg condamm juru x-ray sebab dorang pn mampu handle II machine.dan mereka tuntut kpada kmntrian supaya bg tugas handle II kpada mereka. Ttapi mereka tidak tahu untuk jd juru -xray dan handle mesin sja kita memerlukan 3tahun utk diploma. jd kalaulah kerajaan mmbenarkan mereka maka smakin sempitlah bidang xray kita,bercakap bukan xmau amalkan dasar keterbukaan ttpi hak juru x-ray adalah hak juru x-ray.
sbgai contoh lain di Hkl shaja...jabatan perubatan nuklear di conquer oleh amo,sebabnya mudah amo sudah tergugat dan skrg xabis2 nk ambil tugas org lain lebih2 lagi tugas juru x-ray(sebab dorg ego nk wat tugas nurse,klu x,dgn tugas2 nurse pn dorg nk tibai)hasilnya dik kerana kelembutan kerajaan pilihan kita skrg lbih kurang 6 amo telah di tempatkan di jabatan perubatan nuklear hkl bebanding juru x-ray hanya ad 2 org juru x-ray wanita di sana.6:2 cuba bayangkan nisbah 6:2 5tahun akan datang.... kpd nurse tahniah kerana telah wujud jawatan nurse u llaki,maka bidang tugas anda tidak akan di ambil oleh amo atas alasan llaki lbih kuat dri wanita contohnya dalam hal angkat mengangkat pesakit...
kepada semua juru x-ray semua marilah kita sama2 tidak kira pangkat bersatu berganding bahu mempertahankan profesion kita.jgnlah kita sesama kita bertelagah.munuding jari sesama sendiri kerana ada pihak yg sentiasa tidak senang hati dengan apa yg ki ta miliki.sama2lah kita kembalikan kegemilangan profesion kita.HIDUP JURU X-RAY.AMMINN.
