macam dulu kini dan selamanya (akan datang)....nampaknya memang agak sukar jika penambahan perjawatan(PnP) masih tak dilaksanakan. ini kerana, pengisian jawatan diperingkat tersebut mampu memberi input dan impak yg ckp besar dan jika diizinkan tuhan akan memberi kesan ketara terhadap pengiktirafan khasnya kepada perjawatan....

kemelut yg masih dianggap siapa layak dan tak layak....ni merencat perkembangan prosfesion....(bilalah....berakhir semua ni...? bom

hei bro najib ader idea tak, mengenai pusat data PPP yg berdegree dan apa program...sekiranya ada, tolong lah cut and past dan letak kat blog ni jadi kita dpt tengok sapa kawan2 yg dah ada....

perjuangan untuk skim bersepadu telah diluluskan tetapi pengisian perjawatan 41/42 terlalu lambat...what is happening actually?

well, flying scheme is over. To fill the vacancy left by retired quiet hanky panky, due to the word related degree...wakakaaa...sekarang dah kene pada diri sendiri....I heard from one of our prominent person from MOH that they are trying to do one-off promotion for those who are already obtained degree but up to right now still silent. I think if they are serious about this they will get but we actually don't know what exactly is going on at Bhg. Pembantu Perubatan of MOH. Info from Bhg Pembantu Perubatan isn't disseminate to the akar umbi...so we are living in dark....huhuhuhuuu

yer la... why should we living in the dark...of course if the issue arise and no body dont know, so Kesatuan should tell the akar umbi what happen....jadik kita pun tau....apa sebenarnya...

1. we are registered in lembaga...any problem on going to our profession we should now...

Recent meeting with KSU - Promise to look for filling up promotion post by end of this year. (KSU..KPI). Hope it will be done. Problem..Sumber Manusia KKM, have to look not only PPP but other category also.

....but if u see others category paramedics there promoting a lot of new gred U41. eg..Occupational therapist, PPKP, Nurses....what happen PPP....

well, so we're the last cat. to look in after completed looked at other categories!!!umph...what's a luck!!! Does this meant that PPP is not important to KKM? Ours 41 posts were been left unfill quiet long time... nothing else to say about this...

i'm just humble PPP that has big hope to see profession stepping ladder without any injury and able to reach it peak sooner.

PPUM dah mula interview PPP U41 (base on fisrt degree) , yang telah mula dibuka tawaran nya pada julai lepas. Terdapat 5 orang PPP yang dapat hadir pada tarikh interview pertama tersebut.

Tarikh interview mereka pada: 18 hb Disember 2008.
Tempat : Bilik Mawar Tingkat 14 Mebara Utama Pusat Perubatan University Malaya(PPUM) KL.

Semoga mereka berjaya. Kami doakan , insyaallah. Satu langkah mereka , satu kemajuan bagi PPP.

yea..we should feel happy for that, but it quiet sad because KKM should be more aggresive to establish our profession. PPUM is teaching institution and it not a part of KKM body.

Anyhow, we very proud of them. May be they can give impressive picture of our profession. Good luck for them.

kekadang...we dont know what actually happen at upstream.....but my opinion case at PPUM we should proud it..Coz professional institution can accept PPP in PnP. why KKm still no berita regarding PPP until now....

wakahkakah....

so..hopefully u grade cepat boleh tlg PPP yg still dont know where to go...hanging any where.....beri motivasi.
- entah lah bro mohaj nak kata related ni bg saya....ada basic PPP (3 tahun train cukuplah)......bolehlah dianggap related, mana lagi course yg benar-benar related u nak pegi.....selain trained PPP. cthnya...nak jadi lecturer PPP dia tak pilih apapun....degree asalkan u ada degree...walhal nak ajar basic PPP....(ni lagi dahsyat sebab basic trained)...bagi saya PPP yang berdegree dan mempunyai pengalaman PPP dah kira master dari segi pentadbiran PPP....banyak contoh yg boleh diajukan jika related degree...punca jawatan pnp PPP terbantut. Kita kat pedalaman yg deal ngan patient 50-50, handle staff, kesimpulannya pengurusan..tanpa bantuan MD pun kita dapat manage..jika dah ada sedikit advantage seperti mempunyai degree....takan tak boleh..kot..

P/s; justifikasi perbezaan degree nursing dan psikologi dan lain-lain....(apa perbezaan..why degree nursing boleh dipertimbangkan dan yg selainnya tak leh).......just need info....
