Sembelit brlaku pabila u......susah buang air besar, kerna
sebab2 trtentu sprti najis trlalu...keras &..u.... jarang buang air besar. Ramai org keliru bila dkatakan "jarang membuang
air besar". Ini kerna stiap... indisvidu adalah brlainan. Ada orang yg ...buang air besar skali shari, ada yg.....bbrapa kali saja . Ramai yg ingat...mrk ade... sembelit, ttapi
sbenarnya mrka ...tidak sembelit. Bagaimanapun, sebelit dkatakan
trjadi skiranya u.... ke tandas kurang dari tiga x ....seminggu.
Sembelit bukanlah satu penyakit, ttpi.....ianya ialah 1.. tanda penyakit
(simptom). Org yg .....sembelit jugak slalunye..... brasa sakit yut.....&..... alami angin (sendawa & kentut). Perempuan, ibudak kecil & org
tmua (lebihi 65 tahun) alebih kerap alsembelit.



Sebab2...... brlaku....sembelit:


    * Kureng serat ttapi lebih makanan berlemak dan gula.

    * kureng minum air.

    * Slalu nahan diri drp.. buang air besar.

    * Kureng brsenam atau pergerakan, contohnye slepas kemalangan.

    * Brkaitan dgan hormon sperti mngandung &... dtg haid. Bagi
    yg mengandung-hormon progesterone yg....tinggi mregangkan otot2......usus menyebabkan sembelit. dsamping 2...,..janin yg mnekan bgian
    usus juga sbbkan....sembelit.

    * Penyakit2..... sperti lupus, sclerosis, parkinson &.... penyakit endocrine (kencing manis, hypothyroidism).

    * Ubat2 sprt....ubat narkotik sprt... ubat batuk yg
    mngandungi codeine, diuretik, anti-histamine, anti-depressant, ubat
    gastrik yg gandungi aluminium atau kalsium.

    * Makanan tambahan sprtti zat besi (iron supplement).

    * Irritable bowel syndrome/spastic colon (slalunye org...yg hadapi...masalah ini jugak malami cirit birit)

    * Penggunaan laxative (ubat sembelit) yang berlebihan boleh
    menyebabkan berlakunya sembelit. Ubat ini slalu dgunakan...oleh mrk...yg ingin mngurangkan berat badan mereka. Cth....ubat ialah senna
    (Senokot) dan bisacodyl (Dulcolax)

    * Penyakit2.....usus sperti diverticulitis. Slalunya ia
    berlaku brsama2....dgn... demam &...sakit perut (bahagian bawah).

Ade.... 10 simptom yg....perlu diingat kerna ia mnandakan....kite alami...masalah:


bnyak angin (lebih kerap kentut drpd..biasa)
Kembung
Cepat penat
Mudah berparut
Keradangan kulit
Berat badan brtambah dgn cepat
Sering sendawa

Makanan tidak hadam

perrrrr!....mahu tahu tak!........perrrrrrrrr!



Jgn... makan trlalu...banyak. Walaupun sudah jadi budaya kite utk
makan stiap kali keluar atau berjumpa..kawan, kawallah makanan yg....masuk dlm perut.

Kunyah mkn hingga betul2....lumat. Kunyah makanan perlahan2 (-skrueng30 x, dan
ada hadis yang menyarankan 44 kali kunyah) sbelum makanan dtelan. Ada
rahsia dsebalik saranan ini kerna makanan yg...dkunyah hancur
ade...lebih banyak enzim dari air liur & iebenarnye
mudahkn...proses pencernaan.

Minum sbelum atau slepas
makan. Elakkan minum ktika makan kerna ia akan mencairkan enzim
pencernaan dlm..perut. minum..teguk
yg kecil ttapi...elakkan minuman berkarbonat, soda atau minuman berais
kerna menghalang asidperut. Proses pencernaan akan berlaku lebih sempurna
dalam keadaan perut yang berasid. Jika terpaksa, Sebaiknya minum 10 minit sebelum makan
atau sekurang2.....1jam selepas makan.

Amalkan
jadual tandas yg....tetap stiap hari. Ia secara tidak langsung
beri...laluan kpd...badan menyingkirkan bahan toksin secara berkala
&....memperbaiki persekitaran usus.

Makan lebih banyak
sayur2... mentah (termasuk ulam dan salad) serta buah-buahan kerna
ia ada... banyak bahan yang boleh melancarkan proses pencernaan.

Minum
air scukupnye. Air menjadi bhn.... pengantara yg.....trbaik dlm.... badan.
Badan yg...tidak cukup air scara automatik akan gnggu...proses penghadaman. .....lebih sukar ktandas jika tidak cukup air, walaupun bnyk...makan sayur-atau
buah.

Bersenam selalu. Senaman bole..... merangsang badan mencapai fungsi sebenar dan menggalakkan proses pencernaan........slmaet cube.....jg serik bace dek......baca plan2..!
