White Toblerone & pistachio ice cream
Cream cheese 1kg (softened)
Caster sugar 110gm
Grated orange rind 2tsp
Vanilla essence 2tsp
Egg yolk 8nos
Egg white 8nos
White toblerone choc 400gm (melted & cooled)
Pistachio nuts 150gm (chopped)
Method
1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, orange rind and vanilla essence with an electric mixer until smooth. Add egg yolks and beat until slightly thickened. Stir in the melted chocolate until combined.
2. Beat the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the ice cream into the shallow metal container and allow to semi-freeze before folding through the nuts, freeze until firm (8 minutes).

SANDWICH TUNA WITH GRILL CHICKEN AND SALAD RUSSIAN STYLE
BAHAN- BAHAN
GRILL CHICKEN
250gm dada ayam
1cm halia ( di kisar)
5ulas bawang putih (di kisar)
1/2 batang serai (di potong kecil dan di kisar)
1cmb lada hitam (di kisar)
cara- cara
1. kisar halia, bawang putih, serai dan lada hitam.
2. bahan bahan yang di kisar di perap bersama dada ayam selama 1 jam dan di bakar @ panggang di dalam ketuhar 180 darjah celcius selama 30 40 minit.
BAHAN- BAHAN
SANDWICH TUNA
1 tin tuna in oil
4biji olive ( buah zaitun di buang biji)
4cmb olive oil
1 biji gerkhin pickled ( jeruk timun, di potong nipis)
2 helai roman lectus ( kalau tiada apa- apa sayuran juga boleh di gunakan)
1 batang kacang botol (di potong nipis)
1 buku roti high grain ( roti gandum)
CARA CARA
1. Tuna, olive, dan olive oil di kisar bersama untuk inti sapuan.
2. dua keping roti gandum yg di bakar di sapu tuna yang telah di kisar bersama olive oil dan olive.
3. letakkan sayuran roman lectus dan kacang botol di atas roti tersebut bersama hirisan ayam yang di panggang sedikit hirisan gerkhin pickled.
4. potong dan sedia untuk di hidang.
SALAD RUSSIAN STYLE
BAHAN BAHAN SALAD
100gm mix green ( salad campuran)
10gm aragula
10gm basil
1 biji green apple ( di potong dadu @ nipis)
1 biji red apple ( di potong dadu 2 nipis)
20gm carrot (di potong nipis)
20 gm timun ( di potong nipis)
30 gm red radish ( sekuang merah)
BAHAN BAHAN UNTUK DRESSING
1cmb sherry vinegar ( atau apa- apa sahaja cuka jika tiada)
3cmb olive oil ( minyak zaitun)
sedikit lada hitam
sea salt ( atau apa- apa sahaja garam jika tiada)
2cmb concentrate lemon
2cmb brown sugar
CARA- CARA
1. Bahan bahan salad di potong, di carik dan di campur di dalam satu bekas.
2. bahan bahan untuk dressing juga di campur di dalam satu bekas dan di kacau sehingga sebati. Sehingga mendapat rasa yang di ingini. Masam dan sebagainya.
3. kemudian salad di campur bersama dressing dan di hidangkan bersama sandwich.
Nota: anda juga boleh menambah apa apa sahaja makanan sampingan lain untuk di hidangkan bersama contoh seperti potato wedges, telur goreng dan sebagai nya.

1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon canola oil, hazelnut oil or almond oil
1 teaspoon djon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

10 cups baby spinach leaves (About 8 ounces)
1 ½ cups radicchio, torn into bite size pieces
8-12 small red radishes (1 bunch), sliced
1 small ripe mango, sliced
1 medium avocado, sliced

1 nos pear (cut into julienne)

PAPAYA AND MANGO SALAD
230 gm Lime juice
230 gm Thai fish
20 gm Red chillies seeded, chopped fine
10 gm Brown sugar / raw sugar
120 gm Mango medium dice
120 gm Papaya medium dice
60 gm Chinese cabbage finely slice
15 gm Peanut - chopped
pROCEDURE:
1. Mix together the lime juice, fish sauce, chiles and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Mix together the mango and papaya.
3. Arrange 30 g cabbage on each salad plate.
4. Top with a mound of the fruit mixture.
5. Drizzle each portion dressing.
6. Sprinkle each portion with tsp chopped peanuts.

Sweet Baked Beans Pasta Salad
1 cup small macaroni or elbow shells
1 can (28 ounces) Baked Beans
2 medium tomatoes, diced
½ cup celery, diced
6 ounces Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions, optional
2 medium Onion
Paprika, smoked or sweet
Procedure:
1. Cook pasta according to directions.
2. Drain and return to saucepan. Stir in baked beans, tomatoes, celery and French fried onions (optional) and pour into serving bowl.
3. Just before serving, add cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
4. Serve lukewarm.
