Secara realitinya PPF di M'sia ni memang tak ada masa , nak tidur pun tiada masa, kerja hingga 10 malam, lebih baik jadi PF , tapi ada killer subjek pulak jk sambung ijazah, tu yang ramai PPF setia jadi PPF sebab amat sukar untuk lulus Ijazah Farmasi, tapi jika dah register tu , teruskan belajar untuk jadi PF dan dapat RM750 BIPK,
tapi jika nak tengok upin dan ipin tu, boleh le, memang PPF free,
tapi jika nak tengok upin dan ipin tu, boleh le, memang PPF free,

Dengan adanya 3 JK tersebut, adalah amat mudah untuk menyediakan 50 salinan kertas kerja bagi setiap isu yang di bangkitkan. Selamat bertugas kepada semua JK .
Pada masa ini hanya ada JK Teknikal di BPF KKM, tetapi PPF hanya jadi s/u sahaja.
Sila rujuk web Penolong Pegawai Perubatan. Mereka dah ada bangunan sendiri dan kesatuan serta persatuan tinggal bersama. Juga amat jelas dinyatakan KKM bersetuju untuk mengiktiraf PPP yang ada Ijazah Kejururawatan hanya dalam masa 10 hari sahaja setelah permohonan di buat.
Juga perkembangan dan hala tuju PPP bersama Universiti, hanya melibat 3 pihak sahaja iaituUniversiti, Persatuan dan Kesatuan. Memang KKM tidak terlibat di dalam perancangan pengajian ijazah oleh Universiti tersebut . Maka oleh sebab itulah sekarang ni, dah banyak Ijazah yang sudah di tawarkan kepada PPP.

RESOLUTION OF DIRECTORS CONFERENCE 2000
Theme : Enhancing Patient Centred Service Through Teamwork
7 9 September 2000, Genting Highlands, Pahang
The Directors Conference 200 after deliberating on the theme Enhancing Patient Centred Service Through Teamwork with the main objective of enhancing the role of Allied Health Professionals (AHP) in meeting the future health needs, acknowledges ;
That the AHP is agroup of professionals with varying work functions in health care who share common objectives of providing quality health services to individuals, families and communities;
That to be person centred, the future health system shall be guided by the eight health services goals viz.
i. Wellness focus
ii. Person focus
iii. Informed person
iv. Self help and self care
v. Care provided at home or close to home
vi. Seamless and continuous care
vii. Services tailored to need of individuals and groups
viii. Effective, efficient and affordable care;
That the future health care system shall be geared towards faciliting and sustaining lifelong wellness to individual, families and communities;
That there are shortfalls and gap in ensuring delivering of person centred services which include:
= non equitable distribution and shortage of human resource for health;
= compartmenttalisation and territoriality of professional groups;
= inappropriate organizational structure;
= inadequate information system and communication mechanism;
= poorly coordinated policies;
= poor career development opportunities;
That the imformation and communication technology (ICT) as an enable, shall be optimally applied in health care delivery; and
That there is a need to strengthen intergration of services through virtual, horizontal and vertical intergration and team work
Thereby resolves :
That the Ministry of Health shall accelerate the transformation of current health system which is provider centred into one that is person and community centred, built upon effective teamwork and to fully optimize the role of Allied Health Professionals (AHP),
The Conference hereby recommends :
i. that the role of Allied Health Professionals be enhanced to meet the needs of the future health services through empowerment and improved professional competency;
ii. that due considerations be given to address the legal, ethical and administrative implication arising from the empowerment and enhancement of AHP;
iii. for a reappraisal of current policies, organisational structure and work processes to facilite the transformation process;
iv. that opportunities be inentified for greater involvement of AHP in all areas of care especially with the introduction and availability of telehealth;
v. that professional proficiency be raised and sustained through structured programmes and activities that include short-term course, attachments and fellowships locally or abroad for continuing professional development;
vi. that a conductive work environment be created and natured through motivation, effective leadership, provision of physical and psychosocial support and flexibility thereby facilitating career development;
vii. for the creation of learning opportunities for AHP by optimizing usage of information and communication technology ICT) ;
viii. for the provision of conducive service environment through the redesigning and implementation of career pathways for AHP thus providing greater opportunities for career advancement in recognition of their enhance rples, duties and responsibilities; and
ix. that step be taken to address the problems of shortage, mix and non-equitable distribution of AHP to support their enhance role.
The Conference having resolved and made the above recommendation, affirms:
i. that the Medical Development Division shall be the secretariat to coordinate and implement these recommendations; and
ii. that the recommendations of the three workshop groups be reffered to in its implementations

Salam Satu Malaysia dan Selamat Bertugas kepada semua PPF
PRU 13 akan di adakan sedikit masa lagi. Ahli Parlimen yang dilantik akan mentadbir Negara manakala PPF mentadbir penberian ubat kepada rakyat. Antara ucapan YB Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan di Dewan Rakyat :-
Bilangan ubat yang terdapat di Klinik Satu Malaysia ( KSM ) ialah 77 jenis.
Bilangan ubat yang terdapat di Klinik Kesihatan ialah 410 jenis
Apabila KSM mempunyai melebihi 100 pesakit sehari, seorang Pegawai Perubatan akan di tempatkan di KSM.
Pada masa ini, terdapat 11 KSM yang mempunyai Pegawai Perubatan.
Di seluruh Negara terdapat 100 buah KSM.
Segalanya adalah di lihat dari sudut akademik / ilmiah dan seharusnya juga semua PPF melihat perkara di atas dari perspektif dan sudut yang sama juga agar ianya tidak menyimpang dari tujuan dan matlamat asal serta mempunyai natijah yang sama.
